The Dodge / Chrysler 318/360 V8 engine has listed the PH-8a, PH-16 and PH-43 oil filter at various times/years/vehicles. These filters all appear to have the same base and drain-back valve configuration.
Does anyone know the technical differences (if any) in these filters? Can they be interchanged?
