what’s the best way to keep my 2000 Honda Odyssey sliding doors from sticking?
If it’s clean and lubricated, the problem may be that little plastic rollers need to be replaced along the track.
If you’re a do-it-yourselfer you should research this at www.odyclub.com forums. Here’s one link: http://www.odyclub.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=32407
Thanks for the reply. The door slides fine once it’s slightly open. The problem is getting past the initial point of closure. I’m thinking the gasket is causing the door to stick shut then once it’s pulled away from it everything is as it should be.
Once you’re sure it’s clean, I’d try spraying a little silicone lubricant on the rubber gasket.
I’ll do that. Thanks. I’ll post what happens!
