So I got up this morning and my car wouldn’t start. It was turning over, kinda. Figured it was a problem with the battery. So I pulled the battery out of my car, took it to the local O’Rileys, they confirmed the batter was dead and sold me a new one. Put the new battery in the car, and it still won’t start. The car turns over just fine now, but it won’t fire. Any ideas?
There are quite a few reasons that can cause this. The first thing a mechanic would probably do is check for spark at the spark plugs. If the routine maintenance isn’t up to date, now might be a good time for that too. May save some diagnosis time.
Also check fuel pressure.
