My car wont start. I tried a new battery but it still sounds like the battery is dead. Its slow trying to turn over. And guesses?
Are your battery connections clean and tight?
Have that new battery tested. Some shops sell batteries that have been sitting on the shelf for several months.
You didn’t run out of oil or overheat, did you?
Put a socket and breaker bar on the crankshaft and try to bar it over manually. If you can’t bar it over easily, you’ve got serious problems.
Mileage?? When is the last time the timing belt was changed? Or it could simply be a failed starter. They don’t last forever. But they can be tested both on and off the car…
