Driver’s side power window in (now don’t laugh) 1989 Olds Cutlass Ciera (just 104K miles and still running) started making weird noises when activated, particularly in closing the window. Started happening in sub-zero weather a couple months ago (I live in Minnesota). New power window motor only a year ago. What to do?
Maybe the motor is good, for now, but there is some new weatherstripping or lubrication needed. Maybe in April when it gets above zero it will work ok 
Are you able to get the door panel off and have a look?
