i got in my 1992 ols cutless ciera this afternoon.it was a 100 degrees,roll my power windows down no they wont go back up.checked fuses and they where hot.motors where not runing.and not doing anything at any door.but the fuses kept getting hotter.there 30 amp and two run it ones power ones for the window.
Take the door card off. You may need to remove one motor, just to see whether it wants to turn by itself. If so, the window regulator (=that whole assembly that makes it move) may need to be lubed.
