I agree with Ray on a probable wheel bearing, but I had a 89’ Acclaim with a left hand turn noise. After a new bearing, found the noise remained. Turns out the passenger side upper motor mount was broke allowing the engine to lean to the right during left turns and the alternator pulley was hitting the shock mount. Diagnosed after shutting the motor off while in a turn. Good Luck.
