Can I retrofit my S550’s NAV? It seems that all of the 2008 model’s come with the option of “Video” and mine does not have that. How could I get that upgrade the program? I hope someone can help me out, thanks.

With enough bags of money, you can do most anything. I suspect this one is going to cost a lot more than it is worth You should be able to get an after market setup an most any van conversion shop and save a lot of money.
Ask your MB dealer. Maybe the '08 NAV system can be installed in your '07. Be prepared to write a large check.
I agree with the others. Bring a bag of money to your MB dealers’s and you should be able to drive away with exactly what you’re looking for, and without impacting your warranty.
