The only way to figure out how much oil was lost is disassemble the system and refill the system with oil.
The compressor holds so much oil, the condenser holds so much oil, evaporator holds so much oil, the drier holds so much oil, and the hose assembly holds so much oil.
If enough oil was lost to cause damage to the compressor, you’ll have to go thru these steps anyway when the compressor is replaced…
