Any recommendation for a manual window that is hard to roll down
The quick, easy, cheap place to start is with a can of silicone spray. Start by cleaning out the window tracks. Then spray them down with silicone. Do it as long as it works.
If that doesn’t work so well then the interior door panel needs to come off for all of the internal parts to be inspected, lubed, adjusted (if possible) and maybe replaced.
