Manual transmission trouble with my wrangler

I have a 94 Jeep Wrangler 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual transmission. It had been driving and shifting gears fine up until the other day…I backed it up a small hill to unload a large box and stalled it out. When I got back in to move it again, the transmission wouldn’t shift into gear. I tried rolling it into gear, turning it off and shifting without it running, tried shifting with the clutch depressed, tried shifting into all the gears, but nothing. The shifter will not move out of neutral. When I took the shifter apart, everything looked normal. Anyone out there have any ideas?

Does the shifter seem to be completely disconnected from the tranny, or is it completely immovable.

The shifter feels like it’s connected but just wont go into gear, no matter how hard I try to push it or pull it. When I took the shifter out, it appeared to still be in working order; ie the ball was still intact as well as the plastic swivel connected to it.
