leaking transmission fluid. Told crak in transmission. Could put sealant on. Did not seal. Sent to have welded by transmission specialist. Sent back replaced in auto. then no reverse gear worked. It worked before taken apart. NOw have to have tranmission rebuilt. Is this reasonalble?
Is this transmission a manual or an automatic? It sounds like the transmission specialist tried a cheap and simple fix that did not work. If you agreed to have the fix tried, the only hope you have is that s/he will comp you the cost of the first attempt.
