Despite my explicit request, guess what the car wash did. I pointed out the problem, and they tried to take the Armorall off using saddle soap; but the entirety of my formerly tasteful matte interior is still so slick that my hands slide off the steering wheel and the reflections off my dash are blinding. Is there a fix, and can I expect the car wash to do it?
The car wash should be responsible for having the Armorall removed, even of it takes a professional detailer to do it. But good luck getting them to pay for it.
I personally know of nothing that will remove Armorall other than explosives.
Outside of trying a little soap and water, just wait a couple months and it’ll be like new again.
