I have a 2001 chevy Astro 2 wd. After rebuilding the motor it cranks has a spark and is getting fuel but won’t start. Has a new starter new battery new coil crankshaft position sensor new distributor, cap and rotor plugs and wires but does not start
Check the compression, there may be a valve timing issue. Also check the firing order.
Firing order has been checked and is correct. Compression is good.
“Compression is good” doesn’t mean anything. You have 6 cylinders. A proper check of compression gives you 6 numbers in psi. What are the numbers?
