The van is getting spark and fuel the timing was set it just won’t start
Compression?
As far as I know the tech cannot check that w/o the car running
My son says it has compression
Getting fuel where though? Does the vehicle actually have proper fuel pressure at the fuel rail and if so, is fuel actually going through the fuel injectors into the cylinders?
Squirt some carb cleaner into the intake and try to start it. If it runs for a few seconds then the van has a fuel delivery problem and will require a bit more of a diagnosis.
