I have a 1994 Nissan Quest (250K miles) runs great except the other day the door locks started opening and shutting repeatedly when the car is parked and the ignition is off. It does not happen when the car is running. Can I disable the electronic door locks and go back to just using them manuallya?
You can check the fuse box. The inside of the cover should list what all works on what fuse.
You MAY get lucky and not find the fuse to kill the power locks is also the one for the vehicle’s ignition.
