I had two cars fixed for other repairs at an auto repair place. They both came back in about a week or two later I had this gas problem is this something they’re doing for me to come back because both times I had to bring the vehicle back and it cost me another thousand plus dollars to fix each one
Sounds like an evap problem of some kind, vent valve, canister, etc. Could be a hose or electrical connector wasn’t properly reconnected after the other work was completed. Evap systems on newer cars are quite complicated, so the resolution to this will probably involve a shop tech doing a careful visual inspection along with checking diagnostic codes and testing the evap system functions using a scan tool.
