I was referring to population by area. In an urban area there will be more potential to annoy more people in a given area.
I was merely contrasting that one would be more likely to annoy more people in an area that has a high population density for example if some was tearing down the street in a 1970âs Chevelle with no mufflers in Manhattan, he/she would probably end up annoying more more people that if the same person did the same thing in the middle of Nevada.
My daily drivers have had aftermarket exhausts, however I donât stop on the gas in residential areas. And as for the âitâs okay because I donât live in cityâ argument, again, this sort of thing does tend to go over better in rural areas because (as I stated above), thereâs not as many people around to care
