I have an 04 Chevy Venture, v6, front wheel drive, after making a left hand turn onto a street the engine died. I coasted for a moment and then tried to start the engine. It cranked fine, but didn’t start like it was out of fuel. The fuel was low but not empty. About forty minutes later I put a gallon of gas in and it started but died within 10 seconds. I cranked the engine again and it didn’t start. I let it sit about 15 minutes and it started but died in seven seconds. (exactly) And that is what is continuing to happen.
I’ve checked coolant level, cleaned connections and checked filters. I hope to get an OBDII on it soon, but just figured I’d see what you guys thought.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day.
Chris
Check the fuel pump pressure.
