I don’t have power at 6 of the fuses with the key on. I have checked the fuses under the hood, and removed the dash cover and looked for anything obvious.

What circuits do the fuses feed?

My Sierra is a 1995. The circuits that have no power at the fuse box are #6-Cruise, #8-Crank, #12-HTR,A/C, #14-Illum, #18-Brake, 24-4WD.

The problem is in the ignition switch. All the fuses you listed that have no voltage are supplied thru the ignition switch.
