There’s a question on the table from our gracious moderator @cdaquila and I guess I’ll take a shot at answering.
There’s no way to know if the folks who post car repair questions really are interested in our credentials. The top 100 posters seem interested in each other, and interested in a lot of only casually related issues, and we wander off into uncharted territory. It’s pretty harmless in my view, the equivalent of hanging around in someone’s garage yakking about nothing and everything. Since you are our gracious moderator you get to decide how to manage this herd of cats.

Very deftly done, @wentwest. I was wondering how to isolate whether it needed spark, air, or compression to make it go, but seems like this edition of the credentials thread is a non-starter.
