93 Corvette six way power seat motor problem.
My six way power seat (swps)will not adjust up & down. It will tilt and slide but no up & down. It makes a noise like a stripped gear.
I have a pretty good idea of what the challenge is. There is a three fingered plastic piece in the motor box that has probably broken.
This is a VERY common problem on swps. Does anyone have ideas on where to get a replacement plastic piece or rebuil motor box without having to buy a completely rebuilt seat frame ass’y and swap the upholstery over?
