From you moniker, encore131, we can’t tell if you are guy or chick yourself, nor can we tell which car you intend to end up with once you answer your question. ( it seems as if you’re a guy worried about ending up with a ‘chick’ car.)
We got the 78 Chysler Cordoba my wife picked out because she wanted it. Later I decided on a 79 Chevy short stepside pickup. Within mere months she became un-seperably attatched to the pickup ( we still have today ) and I put some WeldWheel wire wheels on ‘my’ big black Cordoba.

My daughter’s first car was a Ford Ranger pickup. After it got totaled I obtained a Taurus to replace it. Man, was she dejected to not have her manual transmission pickup back.
