How do you repair or replace power seat trim panels.
IF you can get new ones, remove and replace. trim is usually held in place with clips and push pins with hidden screws on occasion.
But this car is 24 years old and parts are likely not available from Ford. Internet searches and Ebay may be your only solution. This car is not a “classic” so reproduction parts are not likely available.
There are ways to repair panels but they rarely work very well on old, brittle stuff that is likely in your car. Sorry
