can a non-toyota dealership replace prius 2013 spark plugs without the hefty price tag?
How about a non-dealership independent auto shop instead? The delaer is not required for this repair… any good shop can do this.

Absolutely. I have had my local repairshop handle those.
Just make sure they use the same brand and model number plug as specified by Toyota. Nothing to be gained by changing to a different brand.
