what is trick to remove cam gear,have even split metal hub with dremel but when i pry shaft wants to come out too,wats up.
To get an answer you should include the size of the engine, the number of cylinders, and the configuration, i.e. 3.8 liter V6 for example. You might also mention if this is overhead cam(s) or cam in the valley push rod valve train.
That would be the pushrod 3.1L V6. You need to use a gear puller, available for loan at AutoZone, and likely at other similar stores.
