I regret to inform you that your truck doesn’t have a cabin filter.
I just looked on the owner’s manual online. No part number. No mention of it.
I also looked on rockauto.com. No part number.
I also looked on wixfilters.com . . . no part number. No location.
You are out of lock on this one.
As far as I know.
Sound more like good news. If you don’t have a cabin filter you won’t need to change it… 
If the problem is an odor coming out of the air vents this method may be one of the most effective ways to deal with it.
