I have a 93 honda accord ex, and there is an annoying buzzing coming from underneath the glovebox that is tied with the electrical system somehow. The noise will change pitch when I do things like turn lights on, windshield wipers, radio, etc… I have looked all around the car and asked people and nobody has the right idea what it could be
Also it is not coming from the right speaker, I had the speakers checked out.
It might sound like it’s coming from the glovebox area, but there are a number of relays in the kick-panel below the glovebox, between the dash and floor.
Remove this kick panel, and see if the noise is from one of these relays behind the kick-panel.
