The information system air bag light on our 1997 Grand Caravan with 160K has just started staying on after the inital 8 second check at start up. Can the cause be easily and safely checked?
Most likely, the clockspring is bad. There was a recall for this. To check if the recall was done on your van already, enter the last 8 digits of your VIN here:
