I installed an aftermarket head unit and now my car will not start. Everything works fine when I turn the key on. It just won’t start. The new head unit works fine. When I unhook the new one the car starts. When I hook the original back up, the car starts. PLEASE HELP!!
Sounds like the CAN BUS communication wires are connected to the wrong circuit in the new audio receiver. Try disconnecting the CAN BUS wires wires from receiver and see if the car starts.

I didn’t even hook that up. I got the harness that included steering wheel accessories but I didn’t hook it up. Could that be the reason?
