My 1996 Toyota landcruiser will not start so it was jump started. When it started, I noticed that the ABS and Brake lights were on. I also notice that the brakes were locked aand as such car could be driven.
What can I do.

Jack the car up and see which wheels are locked up,open the bleeder port on the wheel that’s locked up,see if that frees it up.
Any possibility that the locked-up wheels are the rears and are locked-up due to a parking brake malfunction?
Have you determined why the battery in your Toyota became discharged? age of battery, parasitic draw? has this issue been resolved?
