My 1996 Toyota landcruiser will not start so it was jump started. When it started, I noticed that the ABS and Brake lights were on. I also notice that the brakes were locked and as such car could not be driven.
What can I do.

How long was the vehicle stationary before it was jump started, and was the parking brake engaged?
Have you checked the level in the brake fluid reservoir?
