Hello I have a 93 del sol, 5sp, 71,231 miles. I go out and the clutch sinks almost to the floor and seems very loose. I can still shift-no grinding or noises but when letting out the cluch it engages about 1/2 inch outfrom the floor and the rest of the way it seems like it’s doing nothing. Where is resorvor for the clutch and what do I use to fill it? I heard brake fluid-is that correct? Can I fill the it and drive for a while longer? I am currently VERY broke and waiting for income tax return and will get it fix then. Thanks all.
The clutch master cylinder is mounted on the firewall next to the brake master cylinder. And yes, use brake fluid to bring the level up if it’s low.
