so my pump works fine but is not getting power besides the relay what else could it be?
A quick look at a wiring schematic shows several variations, so it depends on which engine you have. 4 or 6?
At this point, make sure the orange wire at the pump relay has power since there is an in-line fuse no matter which engine is in there.
Additionally, that orange wire should be hot all of the time even with the key off.
