Put 1 gallon of diesel in 2020 Corolla when I realized what happened. Then put 9 gallons of premium gas. Do I need to drive continuously about 300 miles before diesel is out of gas tank??
Another person putting diesel in a gas vehicle . No you don’t need to drive non-stop for 300 miles . Actually I myself would just do the normal routine with only 1 gallon of diesel . But if the check engine light comes on head straight to the dealer.
Are you in the US ? I ask because the diesel nozzle is not supposed to fit in your fill pipe.
Yet another reason I’m glad NJ doesn’t allow customers to pump their own gas.
