I think you’re saying the vehicle has 21056 km (about 13084 mi.) and has consumed 4 liters (about 4.2 quarts) of oil in 3800 km (about 2361 mi.) Is this correct? This is a US based forum and we use miles and quarts. If I understand your post correctly, yes, that’s excessive for a vehicle with mileage (kilometerage?) that low. Your Sorrento should still be under warranty. Have the dealer address the problem.
