all warning lights flashing, took to Germain Honda in Wooster, Ohio, after two days they called and said it needed all 4 injectors replaced. it only had 50,000 miles on it, it cost me 1795.00 for parts and labor, my son in law has one just like mine same thing happened to him. not buying another Honda
Another unusual problem. hmmm … about all I can say is that I’ve (diy’er) been driving fuel-injected cars since the late 70’s and never once had to replace an injector. When I’ve had fuel system problems on those cars the cause was usually my purchasing grit-contaminated gasoline from a no-name gas station. Did you purchase gasoline from that sort of station just before this happened? What does your owner’s manual suggest about when it is time to replace the fuel filter on your CRV?
Not covered by the powertrain warranty?

(Edited: I changed “2018-19” to “2017-18” below.
I recall this was primarily an issue with the 2017-18 CR-V. )
I know the 2017-18 CR-V 4-cyl turbo have injector issues that Honda is still addressing.
It results in rich fuel mixtures that cause the oil level to increase due to fuel dilution. And then the dashboard lights up with all the warning lights flashing.
I thought they fixed it by 2019 (your vehicle), but maybe not.
Lots has been written about it.

Bummer. A known issue covered by warranty but some customers end up paying. Crv forum says it’s 6 yr warranty limit?
