Radio stations will change to a different station randomly, the bot comes up sometimes asking “P.O.I.”, volume decreases sometimes. One station 101.1 FM cuts out then comes back on after awhile. Software update did not make a difference.

I doubt your vehicle is still under warranty so your best bet is a car audio shop.
