Defective driver’s side visor in my 2018 CR-V. It became increasingly difficult to flip up and down. Then it only moved with extreme effort and would not fold all the way back up. Finally, it split along its seam.
If you still are under the bumper to bumper warrant period have it fixed under warranty. If out of warranty any shop should be able to fix it.

In case the OP isn’t aware of it, everything on the car (except for wear items, such as brakes and clutch) is covered for 3 yrs/30k miles by that warranty.
