Take it to the dealer, you have a problem. As @Purebred says, it is under warranty, let BMW fix it at their cost.

The OP does not need to know the source of the problem, nor how to repair it.
All he needs to know is that a nearly-new car with multiple warranties will be diagnosed and repaired at corporate expense, at the dealership.
If the dealership is unable or unwilling to do the job properly, then it will be time to refer the problem to BMW at the corporate level. Contact info can be found in the Owner’s Manual.

Heck, I’d call the dealer and tell them to tow it away and leave a loaner car for me.
