I have a 2017 Outlander SEL and a Samsung S20 phone. I can’t get the car to recognize Android Auto. I upgraded my USB connection and tried all the recommendation from Mitsubishi. Any help?
Maybe your 4 year old vehicle is not compatible with your 2021 phone. Communication protocols in cars are usually behind the cutting edge of technology when they are sold. Your 4 year old car may be 2 or 3 generations behind your phone. You might look for a Montero forum and ask there.
Do you know your car has Android Auto?
Looks like Samsung pushed an update a few months ago that has been causing lots of people problems with android auto.
Some are having luck using the USB cable that shipped with the phone. Still have that?
