Main display has frozen once, couldn’t turn off power or turn down volume from any of the 3 options-manually, steering wheel or mouse. Plus my cell phone rang but did not go through the bluetooth in the car. I had to turn the car off to control display again.
Since this is a statement, not a question, I guess that fixed it.
Could be a failing Body Control Module.
This week Lexus released a Multimedia software update for 2018-2019 vehicles to correct numerous glitches. At this time there is no software update for your multimedia system. These problems usually don’t occur often enough to become a nuisance.
This is an issue that is best dealt with by Lexus dealer.
The following link describes problems just like yours, but is for 2014-2016 Lexus. Maybe you find a dealer that is willing to help since a software reset doesn’t cost anything but labor time.
