If you bought it new you have a 10 yr,/100k powertrain warranty. Even if you bought it used you should have the balance of 5 yr./60k. Regardless, check the transmission fluid and make sure it’s at the right level and isn’t burnt. If it’s beyond the warranty take it to a good independent transmission shop.
