Phone screen will not show caller’s name, only the phone number
Is this a new problem? You might have to download your contact list from your phone again.
I’m assuming these calls are from your contacts. If not, then ignore the rest of this post.
I don’t know what phone you have, but if you go to your list of paired Bluetooth devices and look at the settings of the car device, you might see some settings allowing or denying access to your contacts and more. I believe you’d need to allow access to your contacts here.
You could also delete the pairing on both ends and start over. Most phones will ask for that permission the first time it’s needed. If you miss that prompt, then access will probably be denied.
Also, make sure you’ve included the area code in the contact’s entry (which you should be doing anyway).
