Then adjust them lower.
If you put in those cool LED replacement bulbs, do everyone a favor and put the old bulbs back in.
Take your vehicle to a body shop, and for a fee, they’ll check if the headlights are properly aimed.

I presume oncoming cars are blinking their lights at you. Are the headlights aimed too high, or are they too bright? If they are newly replaced oem bulbs, they may dim a little on their own over a few weeks of use. It’s usually pretty easy for diy’er to figure out how to slightly adjust the aim relative to what they are now, for example otherwise the aim is ok, but you want to aim them a little lower. It’s hard to get the aim correct if the aim is currently way off in both directions though. In any event, headlight aim is a safety issue so it is always best to hire a shop having calibrated headlight aim test equipment for this job.
