2016 Mustang Convertible Switch Won't Lower Left-Side Windows

Hello. Thanks for having this community Available.
I have a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost Convertible. The sunroof button will only roll down the two windows on the passenger side. It will not roll down the windows on the driver’s side, thus I can not put my top down.
All window fuses are good (foot well). Both convertible fuses are good (engine bay).
The window switches on the driver’s door and on the passenger’s door work properly. They lower and raise all windows just fine.

I’m at a loss and hoping someone can help. Thanks for taking the time to read this post.

The Body Control Module controls all the power window functions.

Tester, thanks for replying. This is what we started thinking after checking what we already checked. Yeesh. Gonna check for any open recalls, then take it from there.
