I had all 4 window regulators go out within a 4 month time span. All 1 at a time right after the other.

I wonder what’s failing in these window regulators? If it is mostly the same failure mode, OP may be able to take preventative measures to mitigate the problem. I mean after the current window regulator’s problems are resolved.
- the motor? (OP, have you checked the fuses?)
- plastic guides?
- cable lube is drying out and cables are sticking?
My advice is for the OP to retain all documentation from the window regulator repairs, and to “join” that CA suit. When the suit is settled–which could easily take two years–there is a good chance that he will be able to receive reimbursement for those expenses.
