I have the same exact issue with my 2016 GC Limited. I’ve taken it to my dealership 3 times and each time they tell me that since they haven’t been able to hear the noise themselves they can’t pinpoint it. Then they tried to say they have no possible clue what this was. I bought my car Feb 1st of this year, used with 31,000 miles. Does anyone have a direct answer as to what is causing this problem so I can get proper help with my vehicle?? Thanks in advance.
“The noise” doesn’t really tell us much. Can you describe the noise or post an audio clip?
