I feel something that could be a miss or maybe a tranny slip at mid range speeds(45ish). Just had plugs and coil packs replaced. 95k miles
A miss should illuminate the CEL. Even if not on check for stored codes.
If transmission, you might get lucky with a fluid change. Ford unfortunately suggests fluid changes are not necessary until around 100,000 miles, but that is not true. If it were, warranty would not end at 50 or 60K.
