My radio audio does not work - cannot hear anything. i can change to sirius radio i can change to CD player but i cannot change to the am or fm selection. No sound
Sounds like (sorry about the pun) you need a new radio.

Does the car have a high-end audio system with a separate amplifier? If so, start by checking a blown fuse for the amp.

Seems to be a common fault with these, replacing the amplifier fixes the problem from what i’m reading from the forums.
